One-On-One Support and Guidance from our friendly, flexible like-minded Respect Support Team who will direct you to the programme(s) that will help you to overcome your personal barriers.

Personal Development

GROW | This unique course has been designed for female ex-offenders and the female dependents of current/past offenders to help answer these questions and support you on your journey.

Talent Key | Talent Key is not like any training or course you have done before. Everyone has skills and the Talent Key programme helps you to understand the value of the skills you have and how you can use them to get work. It will also help you understand the barriers you face and how to find solutions to overcome these in your day-to-day life.

Assertiveness & Self Confidence | This one day workshop has been developed to help you gain the confidence to stand up for yourself and the skills to do so without upsetting others.

Employment Options

JET | This series of workshops has been developed to fast track you along the road to employment and help you to make the most of your skills and strengths to find the right job opportunity for yourself.

Into Enterprise | This modular course has been designed to tap into your potential to start a business by developing your business knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Developing Enterprise | These practical workshops take you through the DO's and DON'Ts of starting and running a business.

IT e-citizen | This two week training course has been developed to provide you with the essential I.T skills that will enhance your employment prospects and help you to make the most of your skills and strengths.

Mentoring | This course will allow you to gain a mentoring qualification.

RESPECT will support female dependents of current/past offenders who are living or working in the East of England region, and if you meet these basic criteria, these services are free of charge.

You don’t have to do ALL the courses but can pick and choose from the above.
